Massage Therapy

With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Seanna is deeply passionate about evidence-based, patient-centred care. Compassionate, trauma-informed, and intuitive, she believes in tailoring each treatment to fit the unique needs and goals of her clients.

Seanna is fascinated by the complexity of the human body and brain, and is dedicated to addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction—not just the symptoms. She works collaboratively with each client to identify their goals and develop an individualized treatment plan that supports long-term recovery, movement, and wellbeing.

Her treatments integrate a variety of hands-on techniques, including Swedish Massage, dynamic cupping, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, joint mobilizations, and muscle energy techniques. Seanna has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions such as chronic neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, whiplash, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, fibromyalgia, TMJ dysfunction, post-surgical recovery, strains and sprains, tendonitis, sciatic compression, carpal tunnel syndrome, and both Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. She also has a keen interest in prenatal and postpartum care, as well as in working with clients living with neuromuscular conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy.

Recognizing the powerful connection between the body and nervous system, Seanna places great importance on stress reduction and nervous system regulation. She incorporates relaxation techniques to ease tension and restore balance, and encourages clients to engage in personalized home care and movement-based strategies to help sustain their progress between treatments.

Whether you are looking to reduce pain, increase mobility, or simply find a moment of calm amidst a busy life, Seanna looks forward to supporting you in a safe, comfortable, and healing environment.
