Nicole Belina, MSW, RSW, SEP
Blue Lotus Trauma Therapy
Nicole is a Registered Social Worker, with a Master of Social Work degree. She is a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who works from a non-judgmental, strengths-based, trauma-informed, client-centered perspective. Nicole works primarily with individuals, over the age of 18.
Nicole has three main areas of focus and training, which include: trauma, sex and intimacy, as well as problematic sexual behaviour. Nicole has taken a variety of training related to her areas of specialty, including completing her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certificate, the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program at the University of Guelph, and the Problem Sexual Behaviour Certificate Program through the Sexual Health Alliance. She is currently enrolled in the Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe) program. She spent over a decade working in addictions before transitioning into private practice and shifting her focus to trauma.
Nicole lives with her partner and two small children. She loves to travel and has visited more than 25 countries. Nicole loves the summer over the winter, the evening over the morning, tea over coffee, but enjoys a balance between time alone and with others.
Becky Adam-Park, BSW, RSW
Soleil Therapy
With over 15 years of experience working in educational settings and clinical mental health environments, Becky has a specialized interest in supporting families, children, young adults and neurodivergent individuals, in addition to this - she also supports and works with individuals of all ages.
Becky engages using a compassionate and thoughtful style as she helps clients explore challenges related to stress, anxiety, low mood, relationships, life transitions, and emotional regulation.. Becky’s approach is integrative and relational as she blends talk therapy with nervous-system awareness and self-compassion practices, always respecting the client’s pace and goals. Each treatment plan is collaboratively created to meet the unique needs of those whom she supports.
Becky is passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space to slow down, build insight and help clients to develop a skill set that supports growth and resiliency. Many clients experience improved coping skills, self-awareness, confidence, communication and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Taking the first step is brave and often the most difficult part – and it is also a meaningful step toward caring for yourself and your family.
